Charlotte Miller



Charlotte Miller is a postdoctoral researcher in the Animal Locomotion Lab, looking at the ways in which non-human primates use the mass of their tails during locomotion. She is also working on foot function projects with Nicole Griffin and Daniel Schmitt

Before coming to Duke, Charlotte studied for her PhD with John Hutchinson at the Structure and Motion Lab of the Royal Veterinary College, University of London, where she also taught comparative animal locomotion and veterinary anatomy. Her PhD thesis research concentrated on the anatomy and biomechanics of elephant limbs and feet.
